The system allows administrators to manage the users of the system and they can easily handle the training content as well.

It uses gamification tools to engage the user and to increase motivation through different solutions to make the content easier to process:

External motivation: virtual and physical (real) rewards, badges, tree planting, etc.

Intrinsic motivation: the system aims to engage the user in the learning process and motivate him/her to process the learning material as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Instant feedback: the user can continuously monitor and compare his/her results with those of other users.

Micro-learning: the platform motivates users to use the system continuously and regularly and to play as many games as possible, so that the knowledge acquired can be retained more effectively.

Group feature: group play is designed to provide group-level motivation, where members encourage each other to achieve learning goals
