Scaling Zipli Circular — the infrastructure for food redistribution across Europe

Zipli is a digital platform designed to help cities, HoReCa chains, retailers, and nonprofits monitor, manage and act on food surplus — turning waste into opportunity.

Our platform offers tailored dashboards and tools for:

• Cities and municipalities to track food flows, monitor climate and food waste reduction progress, and trigger targeted actions.

• Food waste terminals to manage incoming and outgoing donations, optimize routing, and balance logistics resources.

• HoReCa and retail chains to oversee surplus across multiple locations, benchmark performance, and improve internal processes.

• Large charities and NGO networks to coordinate needs, pickups, and redistribution at scale.

With our proven mobile app already in pilot use by restaurant chains like Sodexo and Soupster Family in Finland, supported by EU Horizon funding, we’re now raising up to €500K to further develop the platform and expand to 3–5 European cities.
