About
Pru Soroll is an urban management webapp to reduce night-time noise and improve coexistence in public spaces.
It combines real-time data from sound meters installed on public roads with structured complaints from citizens and records of corrective actions activated by the agents involved (leisure venues, police, municipal services, etc.).
Co-designed with neighbors, venues and administration in a real conflict environment (Tuset Street, Barcelona), the tool allows you to visualize decibels live, identify critical points, generate automatic alerts and document the responses applied. All of this promotes shared co-responsibility and a new culture of nocturnal coexistence.
It is a scalable, interoperable and easy-to-implement solution that can be adapted to any municipality with similar problems. It can connect to existing sensors (such as the Sentilo network) and integrate into smart city strategies, sustainability or public space management.
Pru Soroll is not just a technological tool: it is a paradigm shift in the way cities and citizens can address urban conflicts with data, dialogue and real actions.
