Digital Twins for the Transformation of the Industrial Park

Economic Promotion at Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona

Barcelona, Spain

About

We are seeking technology solutions based on Digital Twins that provide real-time insights into the industrial park to improve safety, mobility, and sustainability. Our goal is to attract companies with already developed tools that enable:

  • Monitoring of people, vehicles, and environmental conditions (including unforeseen incidents).

  • Dynamic tracking of traffic on urban roads.

  • Monitoring of environmental and energy consumption indicators.

We aim to transform the industrial park into a smart, efficient, and resilient environment capable of anticipating and adapting to urban and industrial challenges. We will especially value solutions that integrate technologies such as IoT, data analytics, automation, and digital simulation, and that are ready for deployment in a real-world setting.

In addition, we will prioritize proposals that:

  • Are scalable and replicable in other industrial environments.

  • Facilitate interoperability with existing infrastructure.

  • Contribute to the ecological and digital transition of the territory.
