Winemaking

Only red grape variety autorised in Alsace. This color comes frome the maceretion of the grape sorted during the harvest. On top of the maceration an alcoholic fermentation is needed to extract all the most harmonius tanin, without lose all the fruityness of the grapes. Moreover after the grape are pressed , a malolactic fermentation is done to gave some roundness and crispness to the wine.

Tasting :

You are going to find a red ruby dress in your glasse. You can smell expressiv and complex fragances of red fruits, strawberries and blackcurrant. The fruity aromas create an elegant and harmonius taste. Furthermore this wine is structured by discreet and silky tanin. the tasting end on a nice freshness.

Wine and food pairing

You can drink the Pinot Noir all along the meal. It is perfect with terrine et pâté, beef ribs, roast meat or wild game with sauce.
