Tasting notes:

Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace that produces red wine. Attractive cherry red colour, complemented on the nose by fresh notes of morello cherry; supple and light on the palate, easy to drink, with aromas of red berries such as cherry and raspberry. A fresh and persistent finish.

Recommendations:

Ageing: 4 to 6 years

Serving temperature: between 12°C and 14°C

Food pairing: Enjoy with white meats, grilled meats or cold meats (roast beef, chicken, etc.) and soft cheeses such as Camembert or Brie.
