Appearance : This wine shows a beautiful

salmon colour, light, brillant and limpid.

Nose : Notes of small red fruit raspberry

and blackcurrant complete the floral acacia

notes.

Palate : You discover then in the mouth a

rich and unctuous wine which stays fresh

and where fou find the aromas of red fruit

detected by the nose.

Wine and food pairing : Drink this wine

with grilled meat, pizzas and charcuterie. It

can be served with myrtille (bilberry

liqueur) as an aperitif called MYRO.

Ageing : This rosé should be consumed

within the year.
