About

The proposal is focused in design and develop a strategic paradigm shift from resource-intensive "actor-chasing" to intelligent, proactive narrative-centric prevention. This is achieved through a multi-layered AI-powered framework that operates on lawful Open-Source Intelligence.

We are looking for:

1.- Cybersecurity & OSINT Expert**•** Lead: OSINT Data Collection Framework. Designing and implementing ethical, lawful, and efficient data gathering from open sources.
 Cybersecurity integration and assessment of platform resilience.

2.- Validation & Feedback on tools and methodologies at a pan-European level. Facilitating uptake by the broader EU law enforcement community.

3.- Research & Academia for  Lead: Legal & Ethical Framework. Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, LED, and fundamental rights.. Social Science Research on disinformation impact and narrative lifecycle.

4.- Law Enforcement End-User for Validation & Testing from a Northern European perspective. Provision of use cases and requirements specific to the German context. Ensuring interoperability and cross-border applicability of the tools.
