About
Mission Track Neo is a real-time emergency management platform designed to improve coordination, situational awareness and operational decision-making before, during and after incidents. It provides a unified workspace to detect, track and manage emergencies from the first alert to resolution, ensuring actions follow validated procedures and remain fully traceable.
Mission Track Neo includes a mobile app to coordinate field teams (tasking, updates, geolocation and operational communications) and a mass public warning capability to send targeted alerts and instructions to the population, supporting timely protective actions during fast-evolving events.
The platform structures response through standard operating procedures, escalation rules and resource management, supported by a GIS operational view of incidents, affected areas and deployed resources. It offers role-based access, configurable alerting and prioritization, and a comprehensive audit trail for accountability and after-action review.
By integrating operational workflows, team coordination and public communication in one system, Mission Track Neo helps reduce response times, improve multi-stakeholder coordination and strengthen civil protection and community resilience.
