Hephaestus AI: Self-Powered IoT & Predictive Resource Management for First Responders & Border Guards
General manager at F.NOUS Technology
Athens, Greece
About
Technical Scope
Hephaestus AI is an integrated module designed to retrofit standard tactical gear, turning waste thermal energy into actionable logistics data.
-
Autonomous Power: Integrated harvest power from thermal gradients during high-intensity use, recharging supercapacitors and powering critical IoT sensors without external batteries.
-
Predictive Edge AI: An onboard engine (AmmoPulse) analyzes mechanical vibrations and thermal signatures to track resource usage (ammunition or energy) with 99.9% accuracy.
-
Interoperability: Compliant with NATO STANAG 4740 (Powered Rail) and GOSSRA (General Open Soldier System Reference Architecture) for seamless integration into C4I dashboards.
