SICUR 2026 Brokerage Event - Cluster 3

In the framework of SICUR 2026, Fundación para el conocimiento madri+d will have a dedicated stand in Pavillion 10 (Stand 10-08) aimed at increasing the visibility of EEN Madrid and EDIH Madrid clients working in the security and defence sectors. In this context, a limited number of eligible companies will have the opportunity to participate physically with their own booth within the Madri+d stand.

Interest in stand participation must be submitted by 30 January 2026.

1. Register for the Brokerage Event
   Interested companies must complete their registration through the official Brokerage Event platform.

2. Express Interest in Stand Participation (optional)
   During registration, eligible companies may indicate their interest in participating physically at the Madri+d stand by answering the dedicated questions in the registration form and selecting their preferred day.

3. Deadline to Express Interest
   The deadline to express interest in stand participation is 30 January 2026.
   Brokerage registration will remain open until the end of February, but stand requests submitted after 30 January will not be considered.

4. Validation and Confirmation
   Due to the limited number of available places, all requests for stand participation will be evaluated and validated by the organisers. Selected companies will receive a separate confirmation by email with practical information.

To be eligible to participate at the stand, companies must:

• Be established in the Community of Madrid.

• Be an active client of EEN Madrid and/or EDIH Madrid.

• Complete the brokerage registration and submit the stand interest form by the indicated deadline.

• Commit to being physically present at the stand on the assigned day or days.

• Stand participation is subject to availability and organiser validation.

• Participating companies are expected to bring their own promotional materials adapted to the available space.

• In case of cancellation, companies must inform the organisers as early as possible, in order to allow another company to participate.

• Priority may be given to companies whose profile and objectives are most closely aligned with the scope of SICUR 2026.

Participation in the SICUR 2026 Brokerage Event does not automatically imply validation for participation at the Madri+d stand.

All expressions of interest to participate at the stand are subject to a separate selection and validation process due to the limited number of available places.

The madri+d team will contact interested companies after the evaluation process to inform them whether they have been selected.

Only companies that receive explicit confirmation from the organisers will be entitled to participate physically at the stand.
