At least 10 buyers can benefit of a fully covered participation, which includes the following costs

• Return tickets to/from Sicily

• Accommodation (3 nights at 4* hotel)

• Transfer from/to airport

• Working lunch during the B2B meetings

• Support in the organisation of Incoming Mission and b2b

• On site assistance

• Support before, during and after the event

* Applications will be evaluated individually, and approved by Sicindustria  following these criteria: registration date; products of interest, turnover; capacity of purchase, year of establishment.
** Participating buyers must have capacity of decision in their companies.
*** Buyers who are approved for the Hosted Buyer Programme must be available for the participation to the FULL PROGRAMME of the event.
**** Buyers that are not selected for the Hosted Buyer Programme, as still welcome to come and participate. Travel and accommodation will be at their own cost, while other activities included in the programme will be covered by the organisation.

Once approved, buyers must provide a copy of their passport (for travel arrangements) to the Organiser's email a.benigno@sicindustria.eu.

Buyers must also confirm their travel plan once it is sent by the Tour Operator selected by the Organiser.

They will receive their flight tickets and hotel reservation by e-mail.

At their arrival at the airport, they will find the driver holding a plate with their name, and will be transferred to the hotel.

Palermo is the nearest international airport.The Tour Operator will look for the best international connections.
