SICILIAWINE 2026

Sicindustria, partner of Enterprise Europe Network, is organising SICILIAWINE 2026, the second edition of an exclusive incoming mission and B2B taking place in Chiusa Sclafani from the 20th to the 23rd of March 2026.
The initiative offers a unique opportunity to connect Sicilian producers in the wine, olive oil, and grain sectors with international buyers interested in local food and wine excellence.
This event is organised by partners of Enterprise Europe Network (the Business Network of the European Commission) in collaboration with the Agrifood Sector Group.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT

• Connecting trade professionals and Sicilian producers– Creating a dynamic network between international buyers and producers

• Enhancing the territory of Chiusa Sclafani (Palermo), Sicily, showcasing its potential as a wine, food, and cultural destination

• Promoting participating companies and Sicilian gastronomy

• Supporting the global expansion of Sicilian brands and reinforcing Sicily’s reputation for excellence in food and wine

This incoming mission is structured as follows:

📅 March 20th, 2026 - Arrival of Buyers

📅 March 21st, 2026 – B2B Matchmaking Event at the ancient Monastery of the Olivetan Fathers in Chiusa Sclafani (PA)

• Pre-arranged bilateral meetings (30 minutes each) between Sicilian companies and about 10 international buyers (importers, distributors, retailers, HORECA, wine stores, etc.).

• A unique opportunity to discover new Sicilian excellences to export on the international markets and establish long-term trade relationships.

• Masterclass on extra virgin olive oil, led by an expert taster of Sicilian oils, with a focus on sensory profiles, cultivars, and tasting techniques (tbd).

• Masterclass on ancient Sicilian grains, hosted by a specialized company in the sector, featuring insights into varieties, uses, flours, and nutritional characteristics (tbd).

📅 March 22nd, 2026 – B2B and immersive tour

• Pre-arranged bilateral meetings (30 minutes each) between Sicilian companies and about 10 international buyers (importers, distributors, retailers, HORECA, wine stores, etc.).

• Cultural tour and visit to the traditional bread altars of Chiusa Sclafani. Practical demonstration of the making of St. Joseph’s votive bread.

📅 March 23rd, 2026 - Departure of Buyers

• Sicilian Producers

• International Buyers: Importers,distributors, wholesalers of food and drinks (including wine and spirits); Food chains representatives, Hypermakets/Supermarkets, Purchase agents for hotels and restaurants, Specialty food&wine stores, E-commerce marketplace, and others

International buyers can benefit from a 100% free travel and accommodation which includes the following costs:

• Return tickets to/from Sicily

• Accommodation (3 nights in a 4* hotel)

• Transfer from/to airport

• Working lunch during the B2B meetings

• Participation in the networking activities

• Full assistance from the organisation before, during and after the event

Applications will be evaluated individually, and approved by Sicindustria following these criteria: registration date; turnover; year of establishement.**Participating buyers must have capacity of decision in their companies.
