In the heart of Canavese, within the historic walls of Castello di Azeglio — once the residence of Massimo d'Azeglio — lies a small yet precious wine estate: four hectares of vineyards entirely enclosed within the Castle’s perimeter. A unique setting where history, culture and winemaking tradition come together.
The leading grape variety is Erbaluce, an indigenous vine that in this terroir expresses elegance, structure and remarkable longevity. From it arise three distinctive interpretations:
Erbaluce white (still wine), an authentic expression of the territory — fresh and mineral, combining finesse and personality.
Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine, aged for five years on the lees, offering aromatic complexity, depth and a refined perlage.
Passito, intense and harmonious, a perfect synthesis of concentration, sweetness and vibrant acidity.
The quality of the production is confirmed by prestigious recognitions. The Erbaluce white (still wine) won the Grappolo d’Oro in 2025 in Caluso, establishing itself among the finest expressions of the area. Both the Erbaluce white and the Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine received the rating of “Excellent” at the selection promoted by Torino DOC, further highlighting their outstanding quality within the province of Turin.
