VIGNA DEL CASTELLO RUCHÈ DI CASTAGNOLE MONFERRATO D.O.C.G

Aged in steel then in the bottle placed vertically for three months at a controlled temperature then horizontally in the cases.

A still wine with a ruby red colour. On the nose it is ample with the typical traits of Ruchè clearly evident: persistent notes of mature red fruits that evolve in the glass into elegant scents of flowers and intriguing spices. On the palate, it expresses balance and depth, while the velvety tannins make it persistent and intense.

It can accompany starters, first courses of stuffed egg pasta or with meat sauce, risottos, red meats, game, aged or blue cheeses and typical dishes of the Piedmont tradition.
