IN THE VINEYARD: The vineyard from which we get this grape is a small part where we can make a selection to have more freshness and light and aromatic taste.
SOIL COMPOSITION : sandy
HARVEST TIME : second week of September.
VINIFICATION SYSTEM : manual harvest, gentle pressing for about one and a half hours with subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 8 -10 days at 15 ° -17 ° C to keep the parfumes and aromas.
REFINING IN STEEL TANK: 6 months
REFINING IN BOTTLE: 2 - 3 months
CHARACTERISTICS : the colour is light rosè with touches of violet, the bouquet is intense, fresh, fruity, with perfumes of raspberry and strawberry. The taste is dry, fresh, harmonious and persistent.
Good for an aperitif, but also for the whole meal, due to the acidity of Barbera.
AGING POTENTIAL : 1 - 2 years.
