 IN THE VINEYARD: The vineyard is south - west facing position.

 AGE OF VINES: from 15 to 35 years.

 SOIL COMPOSITION: calcareous

 HARVEST TIME: second - third part of September.

 VINIFICATION SYSTEM: manual harvest, destemmed and then fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 8-12 days at 26-27 ° C

During the maceration process 2 remontage per day for 20/30minutes.

 AGING IN STEEL: 8 – 10 months

 REFINING IN BOTTLE:  2 - 3 months

 CHARACTERISTICS: ruby red color with violet hues, fruity, hints of red berries.

The taste is dry and balanced, harmonious wine young and firm.

It has an alcohol content from 13 to 14% vol.

Serve at 18-20 ° C, it pairs well with cheese, pasta dishes and meat dishes.

AGING POTENTIAL: from 5 to 7 years.
