We design and build using our own Prefabricated Bio-Construction systems, integrating architecture, construction and R&D under one roof. We serve our clients across all scales — from domestic to territorial — whether public or private, and our products are available to any company in the sector.

At the core of our approach lies the application of Circular Economy principles, both in the construction industry and in the textile sector. We firmly believe that local and residual materials hold untapped potential to generate innovative, high-value products that benefit multiple industries simultaneously.

A key example of this is our use of merino wool — a material traditionally linked to the textile industry — as a high-performance natural insulation system in our prefabricated construction solutions. By doing so, we create a direct bridge between the textile and construction sectors: wool that might otherwise be considered a low-value or residual by-product of livestock farming is transformed into a premium building material, improving thermal and acoustic performance while reducing dependence on synthetic, fossil-fuel-derived insulation products.

Similarly, we work with timber offcuts and wood residues generated during prefabrication and industrial processes. Rather than treating these as waste, we integrate them back into our construction systems as structural or finishing components, extending the life cycle of the material and significantly reducing construction waste.
