Circular Use of Wool Fibre in Bio-based Prefabricated Construction
About
BIOCONSTRUCCIONES PREFABRICADAS BRIZNA S.L. brings hands-on expertise in the valorisation of merino wool — a residual by-product of the livestock and textile industry — as a high-performance natural insulation material in prefabricated bio-construction systems. Our work directly bridges the textile and construction sectors by transforming low-value wool fibres into premium building components with proven thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant properties.
We offer expertise as an end-user and implementation partner for projects seeking to close the loop on textile waste streams, particularly natural fibres such as wool, hemp or other bio-based materials, by demonstrating their application in real construction projects in Spain (Extremadura).
