I am a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at the University of Liverpool, with over 10 years of international research and teaching experience in civil, hydraulic and marine energy engineering.
My research focuses on marine renewable energy systems, particularly wave energy converters (WECs), tidal energy, hydrodynamics, CFD, river engineering, flood modelling and environmental fluid mechanics. I am interested in combining numerical modelling, experimental approaches and engineering applications to develop practical and sustainable marine energy and hydraulics technologies.
Through this platform, I am primarily interested in identifying strong postdoctoral candidates for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship opportunities and establishing collaborations with universities, research organisations and industry partners interested in forming MSCA Doctoral Network consortia.
I would particularly welcome discussions with researchers and organisations working in marine renewable energy, wave and tidal energy, hydrodynamics, CFD, river engineering, flood modelling and related areas.
I am seeking MSCA-DN 2026 collaborations, as an academic partner, at the interface of marine renewables and fluid mechanics, with expertise spanning wave energy, tidal technologies, sustainable maritime energy, river and hydraulic engineering.
