My organisation

The Cluster for Sustainable Development of Human Capital (Ukraine) is a national-level ecosystem platform focused on rebuilding and modernising human capital systems through European integration frameworks. The cluster unites: Educational institutions SMEs and industrial partners Public sector bodies Career and employment systems International experts and EU clusters Our strategic focus areas: Human Capital Transformation in Post-War Context Workforce recovery, labour market reintegration of vulnerable groups, veterans and displaced persons. Professional Standards & Qualification Framework Alignment Development and implementation of national occupational standards aligned with ESCO, ISCO-08 and European Qualifications Framework. Skills Ecosystems & Cluster Development Building sustainable cooperation models between business, education and research (quadruple helix model). Strategic HR & Performance Management Systems Design of performance-based governance models for public enterprises, medical institutions and SMEs. Innovation & Internationalisation Supporting Ukrainian clusters in integration with European networks (experience in Erasmus+, USAID, GIZ and Clusters4Health initiatives). About me

Founder & President of the Cluster for Sustainable Development of Human Capital (Ukraine). International Business Consultant | HR Strategy & Ecosystem Transformation Expert. I am an international business consultant and cluster leader with more than 20 years of experience in organisational transformation, human capital development and performance management systems across public and private sectors. My expertise combines strategic HR governance, professional standards development, qualification framework alignment and ecosystem building. I work at the intersection of policy, business and education, supporting structural transformation of organisations and labour markets — particularly in post-war recovery and EU integration contexts.

Over the past years, I have led and contributed to projects funded by USAID, GIZ and Erasmus+, focusing on:

·        Workforce reintegration of vulnerable groups and veterans

·        Performance management systems for public enterprises

·        Development of national occupational standards

·        MSME resilience and institutional capacity building

In parallel, I serve as a cluster manager and ecosystem facilitator, supporting cross-border cooperation between Ukrainian and EU innovation stakeholders.

My mission is to build sustainable human capital systems aligned with European standards and innovation frameworks.
