Inclusive Employment and Rehabilitation: International Project Partnerships

Cluster Sustainable Development of Human Potential (Ukraine) is seeking European partners to develop and implement joint projects focused on improving employment opportunities, professional development and social inclusion for people with disabilities.

Our cluster combines expertise in human resource management, occupational standards, professional qualifications, competency development and inclusive workforce practices.

Through our cooperation network, we can involve healthcare organisations, research institutions, employers and social service providers, including a network of 62 social service organisations supporting vulnerable groups.

Key areas for project cooperation:

• Inclusive employment: developing employment models, workplace adaptation practices and employer support programmes for people with disabilities.

• Vocational rehabilitation: supporting return-to-work pathways, professional reintegration and sustainable employment.

• Professional qualifications: developing new professional roles, competency standards, assessment tools and training programmes adapted to different abilities and employment needs.

• Healthcare and social services integration: connecting rehabilitation, social support, vocational training and employment services.

• Research and pilot projects: testing inclusive employment models, evaluating outcomes and developing approaches that can be replicated across European countries.

What we offer to project partners

We can contribute expertise in workforce development, competency-based assessment, occupational standards, organisational transformation and project coordination. Our cooperation network can support stakeholder engagement, practical case studies and the development of pilot initiatives in Ukraine, subject to partner agreements.

What we are looking for

We welcome cooperation with European universities, research institutes, rehabilitation centres, disability organisations, employers, social enterprises and organisations experienced in inclusive employment.

We are particularly interested in joint applications under Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ and other European funding programmes, as well as practical cross-border pilot projects.

Our goal is to develop sustainable models that help people with disabilities gain professional qualifications, access meaningful employment and maintain long-term economic independence.
