About
We are seeking an excellent postdoctoral researcher to apply for a 24-month Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF) to join an innovative, interdisciplinary project at the intersection of engineering bionics, biomedical science, and intelligent health technologies.
This project aims to advance a next-generation intelligent bionic health enhancement system based on the principles of cellular pulsation. Research has shown that healthy cells exhibit characteristic membrane pulsation frequencies and amplitudes, which correlate with cellular vitality and overall organism health. Our work explores how bionic electromagnetic signals can modulate and enhance these pulsation patterns to improve cellular function, support disease prevention, and potentially inhibit cancer cell growth.
Building on established theoretical foundations and early experimental results, the proposed project integrates engineering methods, physiological signal analysis, and device development. Prior work includes:
-
Experimental evidence that tailored electromagnetic pulsation signals influence ATP levels, cellular activity, and cancer cell behaviour.
-
Development of algorithms and imaging techniques for analysing microscopic cell pulsation.
-
Delivery of over 20 commercial data-intelligence systems and a first‑generation bionic health device already tested in practice.
The MSCA fellow will help drive two major objectives:
-
Designing a new intelligent cellular pulsation device supported by a high‑resolution cellular pulsation database, enabling personalised, precise health‑enhancement applications.
-
Exploring cancer prevention and early-stage intervention, using intrinsic frequency differences between normal and malignant cells to modulate immune response, inhibit tumour growth, and support patients during chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
The project offers an opportunity to contribute to pioneering theoretical and technological advances in the emerging field of bio‑cell pulsation bionics, with strong potential for societal impact and commercialisation.
If you are motivated by interdisciplinary research and innovation in next‑generation health technologies, we would be delighted to collaborate on an MSCA application.
