MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship Host – Unraveling TF binding using UV Laser ChIP-seq in Hematological Cancers (or your own model)
About
Project Focus: Development and application of our unique UV laser ChIP-seq method to dissect transcription factor binding dynamics in eukaryotic cells (see Steube et al., 2017, and Stanko et al., bioRxiv). The postdoctoral researcher may investigate an independent transcription factor or disease model, for example, one related to cancer, or work within our established systems in acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma.
Your Role: Co-develop a competitive fellowship proposal (deadline September 2026), followed by a 24-month research project in a well-equipped environment. Opportunities for external secondments are supported.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field and experience in ChIP-seq and its analysis, as well as a background in cell biology. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to pursue mechanistic questions and contribute to high-impact publications.
Looking forward to your message!
