Understanding the ubiquitin machinery that supports respiratory virus infection
About
In this project, suitable for an MSCA-PF of 2 years, we will dissect the behaviour and function of newly uncovered enzymes at the cell-virus interface, specifically during respiratory virus infections, including influenza, respiratory syncytial virus and coronaviruses. The project would suit candidates with experience of either biochemistry or molecular cell biology, and will train candidates in these and core molecular virology techniques.
