Early-career researcher specialising in moral and religious education, with professional experience at the Ministry of National Education in Türkiye. My work examines how education systems cultivate moral responsibility, civic virtues, and social cohesion in culturally and religiously diverse societies.

I offer expertise in curriculum analysis, education policy design and evaluation, and system-level reform processes. My research applies mixed-methods approaches, including policy and document analysis, interviews, survey design, quantitative data analysis, and impact-oriented evaluation frameworks.

My thematic focus includes neighbour relations as a moral learning context, citizenship and values education, teacher education, and the governance of moral and religious education in plural societies.

Bridging academic research and policy implementation, I contribute both theoretical insight and institutional experience. I am open to collaboration under MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships and MSCA Staff Exchanges, particularly in interdisciplinary and comparative education projects linking research and policy practice.
