About

  • Providing miniaturised, PIC and VCSEL-PD based NPO/CPO scalable interconnects and electronics-photonics integration in Si-interposer (co-packaged, heterogeneous, or monolithic) to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

  • Reduction of power consumption for example through improved optical coupling, lower optical losses with increased heat dissipation and robustness to reduce cooling needs, and low-power circuit actuation and control.
