Public Health & Social Care Consortium with iNexesCSC Innovation Ecosystem seeking mature Personalised Medicine solutions

Innovation Project Manager at Consorci de Salut i d'Atenció Social de Catalunya

Barcelona, Spain

About

The Consortium of Health and Social Services of Catalonia (CSC) is a regional public, non-profit institution founded in 1983, representing a large network of public and non-profit health and social care providers across Catalonia (Spain). Its member organisations cover the full continuum of care, including primary care, hospital care, mental health, addiction services, and intermediate and long-term care.

Through its Innovation and Partnership Area, CSC acts as a system-level partner in European collaborative projects and twinning initiatives, with proven experience in supporting the transfer, adaptation and implementation of innovative solutions within real-world public healthcare settings.

A key asset of CSC is iNexesCSC, an innovation ecosystem established in 2021 together with associated and affiliated entities. iNexesCSC brings together a network of 34 healthcare and social care organisations distributed throughout Catalonia, working under a formal collaboration agreement to foster collaborative innovation, knowledge sharing and large-scale adoption of validated solutions.

As a Twinning Receiver organisation, CSC seeks mature, implementation-ready personalised medicine (PM) solutions (TRL 9, CE-marked where applicable) that can be adapted and deployed across its public healthcare and social care network. We are particularly interested in PM approaches covering diagnosis, prevention, treatment optimisation, patient stratification, care pathways and follow-up.

CSC and iNexesCSC offer a strong environment for twinning activities, including:

  • Access to multiple public healthcare providers for piloting, deployment and replication

  • Structured innovation adoption and scaling mechanisms

  • Experience in knowledge transfer, training and change management

  • A collaborative ecosystem connecting providers, universities, knowledge institutions, companies and European partners

Through the EP PerMed Twinning Call 2026, CSC aims to collaborate with an experienced Twinning Donor organisation to ensure effective transfer of proven personalised medicine solutions, generating tangible impact for patients and professionals while enabling sustainable integration into routine care at system level.
