Online Matchmaking: EP PerMed Twinning Call 2026
25 September 2025 - 26 February 2026
Welcome to the Online Matchmaking for the EP PerMed Twinning Call!
EP PerMed is launching the Twinning Call 2026, supporting the exchange of knowledge and best practices in personalised medicine (PM) across Europe and beyond. The call provides subgrant funding for partnerships between donor institutions (with successful PM approaches) and receiver institutions (with concrete PM needs), enabling them to collaborate on adapting and implementing innovative PM solutions.
This platform is designed to help you connect with potential partners, whether you are looking to share proven practices or adopt new ones, and to build strong, eligible consortia for your proposal. Use the "Marketplace" feature to publish your successful PM approach as a Donor Institution or your concrete PM need as a Receiver Institution.
Who should join?
Local, regional and national institutions established in an EU Member State or country associated to Horizon Europe, such as:
-
Hospitals and healthcare providers with PM needs
-
Research organisations and clinical institutions
-
Companies and SMEs with mature PM solutions
-
Public health organisations
-
Other relevant stakeholders
