Partner offer — measurement and sensor networks for heritage sites (Horizon Europe Cluster 2, 2027)

BCSE works on measurement methods for agriculture, energy and cultural heritage, using low-cost IoT sensor networks, Copernicus data and on-site AI models. For Horizon Europe Cluster 2 (2027 call) we can contribute: design and deployment of sensor networks at heritage sites; integration with Earth observation data; access to pilot sites in Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe; and the perspective of a state-reporting obligation towards the World Heritage Committee. Water damage is our first priority.If your consortium is preparing a proposal and needs a measurement partner from South-East Europe, or if you are a research institute in building physics or conservation science interested in a joint proposal, we would be glad to connect. We also bring working knowledge of World Heritage procedures — the Operational Guidelines, state-of-conservation reporting, the 2022 impact assessment toolkit and the Enhancing Our Heritage Toolkit 2.0
