Project "CommonFund"

Anastasiia Moroz

Head of Department of Social Investment and Partnerships at Charitable Foundation "MHP - Gromadi"

Kyiv, Ukraine

About

The project aims to demonstrate in practice that cooperation and joint solution of urgent or developmental needs of the community can give impetus to the development of the Amalgamated Territorial Communities and create a successful platform for interaction. Successful communities are those in which the sectors of influence (government, business, and community) communicate effectively and act together. To create such synergy, we provide a set of necessary skills and knowledge, as well as additional funding (grants) for teams representing active communities.

The project consists of the following stages:

1. Training (“Project management”, “How to attract resources for the community”, “Marketing communications in the project”);

2. Study of successful and “live” community development practices;

3. Attracting co-financing through a fundraising campaign;

4. Additional funding (grant) for project implementation in the amount of 50% of the amount of attracted resources.

5. Implementation of projects with mentoring support;

6. Production of videos of successful projects.
