Sustainable business models for cultural and creative organizations

Offering partnership for tailor-made and diverse training, educational programmes and coaching for making cultural organizations, their resources, venues, teams and programmes more sustainable and resilient, and more connected to the communities and neighbourhoods. Special interest is working with cross-sectoral teams and within an interdisciplinary approach, on specific case studies and with emphasized hands-on approach allowing on-spot and agile prototyping of different solutions. Significnant experience and success in implementing similar programs through other EU funding.
