Community-Engagement (Gatekeeper-driven Labs)
About
Our method involves activating local "gatekeepers" to lead co-design workshops within familiar, low-threshold community spaces. This empowers local residents to become co-creators of solutions, ensuring sustainability and scalability. The insights from these workshops are structured into actionable, reusable knowledge outputs, and the process is continuously refined through feedback loops. We use arts-based tools (e.g., story-mapping) to foster engagement, ensuring the process is inclusive and motivational.
