TRANSFO-08 International Talent Integration and Innovation Ecosystems
Founder at Mi Fortunella- multilateral impact
Munich, Germany
About
Mi Fortunella - multilateral impact is a Germany-based initiative working with highly qualified migrants who often face isolation, underutilisation of skills, interrupted career paths, and barriers to labour market and ecosystem participation after relocation. Our work focuses on rebuilding professional belonging, maintaining competencies and confidence, strengthening social participation, and connecting international talent with innovation and startup ecosystems.
The initiative’s founder Özge Moser is a lawyer specialised in intellectual property law with experience in research and innovation environments, including interaction with funding and innovation support structures. This contributes to communication, dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration activities within potential Horizon Europe projects.
Mi Fortunella is connected with grassroots, diaspora, and innovation ecosystem actors, including the German-Turkish Friendship Federation (DTF e.V.) and organisations active in female empowerment and migrant entrepreneurship. The initiative is also exploring collaboration opportunities with actors such as Wirtschaftsdialog NRW – Kompetenzzentrum für multikulturelles und migrantisches Unternehmertum and Euredsiver – European Network for Educational Innovation.
We offer:
