About

CRESS Île-de-France can contribute to this Horizon Europe call through its field-based expertise on employment, social inclusion, skills development and territorial economic development. Through its network of social economy enterprises, local authorities and support organisations, CRESS IDF has concrete knowledge of barriers to acquiring basic skills, socio-economic inequalities and training needs affecting different groups, particularly young people, vulnerable populations and individuals distant from the labour market.

CRESS IDF can contribute to documenting the impact of basic skills on employability, job quality, innovation capacity and the economic resilience of local organisations. Its experience in territorial cooperation and multi-stakeholder approaches can also support the identification of practices that help reduce skills inequalities, including gender gaps, and improve lifelong learning pathways. Through its strong territorial anchoring and stakeholder mobilisation capacities, CRESS IDF can also contribute to the development of practical recommendations aimed at strengthening education and training systems in support of productivity, innovation, competitiveness and inclusive growth objectives.
