Fostering competences for the green transition ​

CRESS Île-de-France can contribute to this Horizon Europe call through its field-based expertise on ecological and social transitions and on the skills needs of territorial actors. Through its network of social economy enterprises, local authorities and support organisations, CRESS IDF has concrete knowledge of changing occupations, training needs and the skills required in sectors involved in the green transition, particularly in areas such as circular economy, territorial cooperation, social inclusion and sustainable business models.

CRESS IDF can help identify the challenges faced by local organisations in adapting to ecological and digital transformations, as well as the skills needed to support these changes. It can also facilitate access to case studies, field experience and participatory approaches involving training organisations, local authorities, companies and territorial stakeholders. Through its strong mobilisation and networking capacities, the organisation can support the development of practical recommendations for policymakers and education and training actors on the skills required for the green and digital transitions.
