About
We envision participating through the actions listed below:
-
Deliver an applied prototype for productivity and inclusion: transparent decision support for job-fit and team composition, aligned to fair and responsible AI use.
-
Run pilots in SMEs and larger employers to quantify how inclusive HR interventions affect productivity, retention, and well-being and translate findings into policy-relevant outputs.
-
Provide methods to measure trade-offs (productivity vs inclusion, competitiveness vs well-being) with auditable metrics and governance for AI-supported decisions.
