Partnership offer: Understanding reskilling policies through agent-based modelling
senior researcher at CELSI at Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI)
Bratislava, Slovakia
About
CELSI looks into the potential testing and application of agent-based modeling (ABM) to understand the implications for workers' well-being, job quality, and employability in the ongoing technologically and decarbonization-driven transformation.
We aim to apply the well-known Keynes-Schumpeter ABM to identify the policies necessary to enable workers to navigate the transformation successfully. We mostly aim to focus on comparative analysis of diverse European countries, including Central and Eastern European countries. The role of labor market institutions, including social dialogue, in transforming reskilling and upskilling policies is of particular interest for implementation in the ABM modeling.
