Project on Virtual Production, XR, and immersive media technologies
Senior Expert at Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce
Gaziantep, Türkiye
About
The European creative and audiovisual sectors are undergoing a profound transformation driven by Virtual Production, Extended Reality (XR), real-time rendering engines, digital twins, and AI-supported media production workflows. However, education and training systems across Europe are not yet fully aligned with these emerging technologies, creating a significant and rapidly growing skills gap.
Our project concept designed to address this challenge by building a future-oriented, industry-integrated skills ecosystem for immersive media production. The project brings together universities, vocational education and training providers, creative industry actors, technology developers, and European networks to co-develop innovative training models and skills frameworks.
The initiative aims to strengthen Europe's competitiveness in the global media landscape by enabling a new generation of professionals capable of working within real-time, immersive, and AI-enhanced production environments.
We are seeking a strong consortium to jointly develop a proposal that will position the transformation of cultural and creative industries through new technologies.
