About
Vita projekt is a Croatian multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in urban and spatial planning, green infrastructure, environmental planning and applied spatial research.
Our team brings together expertise in geography, urban and landscape planning, architecture, ecology, environmental sciences, civil engineering and GIS. We combine spatial and geospatial analysis with field research, participatory methods and stakeholder engagement to support evidence-based planning and decision-making.
Vita projekt has extensive experience working with Croatian cities and municipalities on green urban regeneration, green infrastructure planning, climate resilience, public-space improvement and the integration of environmental and social considerations into spatial and strategic planning. Our work frequently involves GIS-based assessment of neighbourhoods and landscapes, surveys and participatory research with residents, analysis of needs and perceptions, and the translation of research findings into practical planning and policy recommendations.
We are particularly interested in European research collaborations addressing neighbourhood experience, human–environment interactions, cultural ecosystem services, health and wellbeing, participatory planning, urban design and nature-positive urban transformation.
