Toulouse Métropole is a French local authority - Public establishment of Intercommunal cooperation (EPCI)- bringing together 37 municipalities (+840,000 inhabitants), around a common planning and development project.
It is the fourth largest urban area in France (46 hectares). Its areas of expertise include economic development, urban planning, environment and sustainable development, transport and mobility, housing and social cohesion, water and waste management, green areas and international outreach.
