We are a Finland‑based coordination team combining architectural /built environment and project management expertise, experienced in steering complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in the built environment. We have garnered strong interest from academic partners for the analysis and recommendations workstream, including leading Finnish Universities.

Tristan Hughes, BA (hons), BArch, SAFA
With over 20 years of experience, Tristan specializes in complex design management and coordinating international teams in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning and research.
Tristan's role is Project Curation & Realisation: he curates and oversees the project and pilot frameworks, ensuring implementation, adoption, and understanding, whilst maximizing research and innovation potential throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Chris Webster, BA (hons)
Chris brings nearly 20 years of Programme Management Office and Project Management experience in regulated environments, alongside five years in commercial real estate.
Chris's role is Project Manager, Coordination Team: he oversees finance, scheduling, consortium coordination and EU reporting, ensuring disciplined delivery and clear governance across the project.
