Liven World

Liven World is a European urban innovation initiative focused on building Living Infrastructure as a fundamental system layer beneath housing.

While Europe continues to invest in energy, mobility and digital infrastructure, the social and organisational infrastructure of daily life remains fragmented. Housing is delivered as a physical product, but the integrated systems that enable community, preventive care, mobility coordination and long-term resilience are often missing.

Liven World develops an integrated framework that connects five layers:

• Physical environment and mixed-use development

• Inclusive mobility systems

• Preventive care and wellbeing integration

• Community governance and social cohesion

• Digital coordination tools that strengthen human interaction

Our projects function as real-world implementation environments where this framework is tested at scale, embedding Living Infrastructure directly into urban development.

We are seeking European partners to co-develop and scale this model across cities, contributing to inclusive, sustainable and resilient neighbourhoods aligned with the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
