NEB Living Lab for Financial Sustainability Research

We offer L’Andana, an operational NEB-aligned community infrastructure in a medium-sized Southern European city, as a real-life pilot site for research on financial sustainability.

We are particularly interested in collaborating with partners specialised in finance, economics and public policy to analyse:

• Market and financial barriers affecting community infrastructures

• Investment-readiness of Social and Solidarity Economy initiatives

• Hybrid and blended funding models (public–community–private)

• Long-term viability without loss of social mission

L’Andana provides access to real governance processes, operational data and community-based experimentation, enabling grounded research on sustainable investment models for NEB initiatives.
