Who we are
Kentsel Strateji is an urban planning and strategy practice. We work at neighbourhood scale and run participatory processes that produce implementable spatial priorities and action plans.

What we can do in the project

1. Co-creation and stakeholder set-up

• Stakeholder mapping and engagement plan

• Workshops and neighbourhood sessions (co-design, validation, decision meetings)

• Governance set-up for pilots (roles, routines, decision rules)
  Outputs: engagement plan, workshop packs, governance model, pilot participation protocol

2. Neighbourhood diagnostics (lived experience to spatial priorities)

• Everyday-life mapping, user journeys, local barriers and needs

• Baseline and problem definition aligned with expected outcomes

• Turning findings into spatial priorities and requirements
  Outputs: neighbourhood diagnosis report, spatial priorities list, requirements brief for pilots

3. Spatial strategy and scenarios (decision support)

• Alternative spatial scenarios and trade-offs

• Prioritisation and sequencing (what first, what later, why)

• Implementation roadmaps with responsibilities
  Outputs: scenario set, prioritisation matrix, implementation roadmap for each pilot

4. Monitoring and replication

• Simple indicators and participatory monitoring set-up

• Replication guidance for other neighbourhoods
  Outputs: monitoring framework, replication toolkit, training session content

Evidence
We have delivered participatory neighbourhood processes with municipalities and local actors in differnt cities in Türkiye, including setting up local collaboration platforms & co-creation ateliers and producing practical outputs used by decision-makers: spatial priorities, action plans, governance arrangements, and implementation roadmaps.
