About

NSBproject Srl is seeking cooperation opportunities within consortia preparing proposals for HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-BUSINESS-03: Approaches to reuse vacant, obsolete or underutilised spaces.

Through our strong local network in the Venice area, we can offer access to a relevant territorial ecosystem focused on community-led regeneration and the reuse of vacant and underutilised urban spaces. In particular, we collaborate with key organisations connecting local associations, social enterprises, citizen groups and community initiatives across the metropolitan area.

We propose the Venice mainland as a potential pilot territory. The area presents several challenges and opportunities related to the revitalisation of underused buildings and spaces, making it an ideal living laboratory for testing New European Bauhaus approaches based on participation, co-design, social innovation and inclusive governance.

What we can bring:

  • A strong local stakeholder ecosystem in Venice and Mestre.

  • Engagement of civil society organisations through the CAVV network.

  • Support in co-design and community participation activities.

  • Facilitation of local pilot implementation and stakeholder coordination.

We are interested in connecting with coordinators, research organisations, municipalities and innovation partners looking to strengthen their territorial dimension and pilot portfolio under the NEB Facility calls.
