Technical, demonstration & implementation partner for REGEN-01 / 02 / 03

BESENVE Energy is looking to join an existing Horizon Europe / New European Bauhaus consortium as a technical, demonstration and implementation partner.

We are a Türkiye-based energy efficiency and sustainability consultancy specialising in the decarbonisation and performance improvement of existing buildings and industrial facilities.

Our core expertise covers:

• investment-grade energy audits and building baseline assessment

• deep renovation and decarbonisation strategies

• building energy modelling and performance assessment

• renewable energy integration

• retrofit design and technical coordination

• commissioning and functional performance testing

• IPMVP-based Measurement & Verification

• Energy Performance Contracting / ESCO approaches

• LCA, embodied carbon and sustainable materials

• indoor environmental quality, occupant health and user-centred building performance

• implementation supervision, monitoring and replication

We are currently contributing as a technical subcontractor to an EU-funded technical assistance project developing the Building Renovation Passport framework for Türkiye, including public-building prioritisation, KPIs and reference building models, building logbooks, benchmarking and phased renovation roadmaps.

Our wider experience includes major public-building programmes financed by the World Bank, European Union and KfW, including KABEV/KABEV2, MADAD and other public-building renovation and energy-efficiency assignments. Our portfolio includes work across schools, hospitals, universities, administrative buildings and other large public-building portfolios.

Through our sister company Altensis, we can also mobilise a broader multidisciplinary expert pool covering architecture and sustainable design, building physics and dynamic energy simulation, mechanical/electrical/structural engineering, commissioning and M&V, green building certification, LCA and embodied carbon, sustainable materials and indoor environmental quality.

We are particularly interested in consortia where our experience can complement research or technology partners through:

• demonstration and validation in real buildings in Türkiye

• technical assessment and building-performance work packages

• retrofit and decarbonisation planning

• commissioning, monitoring and M&V

• LCA / whole-life environmental impact assessment

• public-building replication and capacity building

• local implementation and regulatory context
