About
Patented Circular Bio-Structural Technology for NEB 2026 Demonstrators
We offer a validated, patented hardware technology—the **Panel Modular System (PMS)**—to serve as the primary physical demonstrator for New European Bauhaus (NEB) 2026 proposals (specifically addressing REGEN-01/02/03 and PARTICIPATION-02/03).
The PMS is an industrial, prefabricated, and circular bio-structural green wall and rooftop technology designed for urban retrofitting, microclimate optimization, and community engagement.
Key Technical Features & Value Offered:
· Turnkey Physical Delivery & Deployment: Complete technical delivery, custom structural adaptation, and on-site physical deployment on pilot demonstrator sites (public buildings, heritage sites, residential care facilities, or municipal assets).
· 6 Combinable Geometric Variants: High spatial flexibility featuring vertical flat, inclined, arch-barrel, spherical, cylindrical, and inclined-cylindrical modular units. All 6 variants can be combined within a single structure to fit complex urban constraints. Easy to assembly and disassembly without heavy machinery.
· Passive Microclimate & Thermal Performance: Tested to deliver a 5–7°C passive cooling buffer, humidity optimization (+30%), rainwater retention (25%), and IR-blocking transparent skylights for optimal plant growth and thermal control.
· Autonomous Subsystems: Built-in smart drip irrigation and integrated photovoltaic (PV) power autonomy.
· International Patent Protection: Granted patents across Europe (EPO: EP3945778A4, EP22169747, EP4144931C0), the United States (USPTO: US12239064, US12595660), and India (IP India: 20214705030).
· Testing Platform for Resident Health: Ideal physical testbed for social and health researchers to measure the empirical impact of localized microclimates on vulnerable populations (e.g., elderly heat resilience).
Consortium Role & Track Record:
We bring proven experience as co-creators of 6 major EU proposals (Horizon Europe, Horizon NEB, LIFE). We are ready to take on Work Package Leadership or Co-Leadership for:
1. Hardware Manufacturing & Turnkey Pilot Site Installation.
2. Microclimate, Energy & Sensor Validation (UTCI, thermal buffer, rainwater).
3. Structural Adaptation & Circular Maintenance Protocols.
