About

REDASP is seeking cooperation with organizations, cities, universities and project consortia working on New European Bauhaus, adaptive reuse, industrial heritage regeneration and sustainable urban transformation.

We offer the Military-Technical Institute (VTZ) complex in Kragujevac, Serbia, as a potential pilot territory. Covering approximately 52 hectares in the city center, VTZ is one of the oldest industrial heritage sites in Southeast Europe and contains numerous protected buildings currently undergoing gradual regeneration.

REDASP is already involved in the revitalization of one of the complex's buildings, which will become the new home of the Faculty of Philology and Arts (FILUM) of the University of Kragujevac. The process is supported by strategic planning instruments, active stakeholder engagement and the Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) framework, making VTZ a real-world demonstration case for adaptive reuse, culture-led regeneration and sustainable urban transformation.

We are particularly interested in cooperation under Horizon Europe, New European Bauhaus and other European initiatives addressing industrial heritage, community-led development, creative industries, urban regeneration and place-based innovation. REDASP can contribute a unique pilot territory, strong public-private-academic partnerships, extensive stakeholder networks and significant experience in EU project implementation.
