AI-Driven Autonomous and Business-Aware Telco Network Management
Innovation Expert at A2A spa
Brescia, Italy
About
We are looking for an innovative solution that leverages artificial intelligence to evolve telco network operations from reactive monitoring to predictive, autonomous and business-aware network management.
The goal is to identify a platform capable of supporting both network operations and strategic planning, across access, transport and core domains.
The solution should address the following areas:
1. AI-Powered Network Operations (AIOps)
- Correlate real-time and historical data from heterogeneous network elements (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, transport and access networks), detect anomalies and suggest or trigger intelligent, context-aware remediation actions, aligned with service criticality and customer impact.
2. Predictive Network Planning & Optimization
- Support predictive demand and traffic forecasting, identifying when and where to intervene on the network and evaluate impacts in terms of costs, timelines, operational effort and service quality, enabling data-driven investment decisions.
3. Business-Aware Connectivity
- Integrate network intelligence with marketing and sales data, to enable dynamic alignment between business initiatives and network capacity.
Preference will be given to solutions that are cloud-native, API-first, multi-vendor, and designed to support the evolution toward autonomous, intent-based and sustainable telco networks.
